Human
Resource Management Directorate The
Human Resource Management Directorate is tasked with developing the
Commission’s human resource capacity through employment and transfer. It is
also responsible to build the capacity of its staff through various training and
awareness raising programmes. Issues related to credentials, promotion,
benefits, record, pension and leave of absence are also handled by the same
Unit. Currently, the Human Resource Management Directorate has 12 members of
staff. In full capacity, it will have 14 professionals.
